Anyway, the story behind this- 

Chamile starts going to meet up with 627 because he's helping her figure out her hidden powers because she doesn't know what they are, just that there could be more since she had one she didn't know she had. ( malfunction during her creation so no one knows what she can do. ) 
Back home she is treated a bit like a child and who ever isn't directly treating her like she can't do anything is overly protective of her so she just ends up feeling the same way from everyone, so she gets tired of it and keeps sneaking out lying about where she's going because no one would understand and just tell her not to. 627 doesn't really like her, but he sees the opportunity to fuck around with them, and takes it. Walker notices she's been leaving a lot lately and finds it a little odd, so he decides to follow her ( because he's worried. ) and figures out she's been sneaking off to be with 627. He has a massive crush on her, so as you could imagine he's not too impressed by this.
The song is basically from Walkers point of view about 627 being a liar and using other people like a shield for the fun of it. 

Quite frankly, there's one part of the song I laugh my ass off at because I picture Walker saying that with that tone and making excuses for not being strong enough and it's just funny x"D YOU'LL KNOW IT WHEN YOU HEAR IT hahaha
